Treat yourself to a daily Sadhana!

Sadhana creates a discipined practice, that is accessible to all. The Meeting, emails and daily practices will support you over the next 11 days making your practice a dedicated Time!

We will embark on a journey that extends beyond the mat. A journey of self-inquiry, growth and progress through Sadhana.

How do you align with the life you want to lead?

Sadhana is a daily practice.

It’s an invitation to attune to your inner self through discipline. Sadhana will give you pathways to go inward to explore your true nature to grow spiritually, surrender to the ego and to maintain connection to universal oneness. Regular daily practices allow us to witness how dedicating time to yourself is transformative. The benefits are numerous. Sadhana can be a daily source of inspiration and guidance giving time every day to connect with your inner wisdom. It can help strengthen your mind, body and spirit. A routine applied to the mind, body and spirit is meant to give you a chance to process emotions, help release you from suffering and attain peace. Discipline is something you practice every day with no distractions, no excuses, and understand there is no goal in mind. It is more about Surrender. Sadhana is meant to forge connection. By using self-discipline, the practitioner realigns with his/her inner self. Most anything can be Sadhana as long as the practice works for you to stay dedicated.

It’s important to feel the connection to starting and finishing something in its entirety.

11 Day Sadhana

It’s more about SURRENDER

For this Sadhana we will be focusing on:

  • This includes any physical fitness, done every day. Keep in mind it doesn’t have to be a full hour every day but think of in studio asana or gym workouts as going deeper that day. All class packages and memberships can be used over the 11 days. If you would like to purchase a 5 pack for $50 this package will expire after your Sadhana practice.

An example of a daily physical sadhana is a 15-minute outdoor walk every day.

  • This includes meditation and/or breathwork for your daily practice. This is a great way to deepen and grow your meditation & breathing practice. If you are being pulled to go deeper into other aspects of Yoga for a daily practice, supporting your mental practice is highly recommended.

  • This includes Self-Study (Svadhaya) or spiritual passages read every day. This can include Journaling too. This practice is done every day.

Let’s say you meditate for 3 mins a day and then read a passage from a daily read book. This is a Sadhana.

Sadhana provides a variety of tools.
