Gentle Yoga-Gentle Yoga is accessible to those who are looking for a soft, nurturing, slow-paced, well supported, relaxing practice.   Class is great for all levels including beginners or anyone looking for therapeutic benefits of yoga. Meditation or Yin maybe added. Come to Heal!

Restorative Yoga-Restorative Yoga is a cooling practice that target the connective tissue and ligaments in the body holding poses for longer periods of time.  Props are used to ease into the body as support for full relaxation.  In addition to the restorative poses, meditation and/or breath work are added for additional rest for body & mind.  You will leaved refreshed, relaxed and renewed. This class is great for all-levels, including beginners. Come to Connect!

Slow Flow-Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga is a slower pace class, mindfully moving and breathing while holding poses longer.  You will explore your edge, yet still feel a relaxed and renewed experience.  This class is geared towards all practitioners looking to build muscle strength.  Some classes offer Meditation or Yin as well as heat. Flow & Sculpt- An All Levels Flow practices targeting certain areas in the body and use of light weight, Pilates balls, bands and other props to bring definition and long lean muscles. Class will still be taught as Vinyasa style yoga with an opportunity to try something new. Come to feel strong!

Yoga Flow-All Levels-Yoga Flow-All Levels is a fluid Vinyasa Yoga class. A playful class, exploring your edge, in a range of poses that are offered to either modified or embellished.  This class is appropriate for all practitioner that have had some yoga practice (7-10 classes) and know how to modify or embellish. Please note: some classes are heated (warm-75-80). Come to Flow!

HOT Powerful Flow-HOT (90-95) Powerful Flow is for the advanced practitioner that listens to their body.  This dynamic vinyasa flow series offers the heat both externally and internally.  You greet your practice building heat rapidly and continue with exploration into inversions, arm balances, and back bends to name a few.  Come to sweat!

Yin/Yang-30 minute flow 30-minute yin. A great balance. The flow sequence will be all levels to explore or modify your practice. The hold of yin is deeper that an add on and allows you to target your edge through stillness. Come for balance!

Yoga Nidra-Yoga Nidra means yogic sleep, but the practice is actually one of awakening in every level of the being.  This class begins with gentle movements and breathing exercises to put you in the deepest possible state of relaxation, followed by long periods of time spent reclined on the back, with the use of props, where you are guided through a specific form of Meditation maintaining full consciousness releasing muscular, emotional and mental tension.  Come to Rest!
