Thai Yoga Massage

A therapeutic practice combining yoga-like stretching, acupressure, and energy work.

Experience the classical art of Thai Yoga Massage, rooted in the Shivagakomarpaj lineage. This mindful bodywork blends acupressure, assisted stretches, and rhythmic movements to help your body feel open, balanced, and relaxed.

Performed fully clothed on a comfortable floor mat, the session guides you through a sequence of stretches and movements along energy lines, allowing your body to release tension and feel at ease.

Many find the experience both relaxing and revitalizing, leaving them with a greater sense of presence and connection to their body. Thai Yoga Massage is ideal for anyone seeking a mindful and restorative experience.

What is Thai Yoga Massage

Thai massage is a form of therapeutic touch that differs in many ways from traditional massage. Instead of a massage table, you lie on a mat on the floor while the provider manipulates your body in certain ways to stimulate organs and improve flexibility.

Thai massage is part of traditional Thai medicine. Similar to Chinese Medacine, it works with the body's energetic pathways as well.

SYdney Podolski -Registered & Certified 500 HOUR Yoga Teacher + Certified Thai Yoga Massage

Sydney has been drawn toward contemplative practices for most of her life. What began as a love of reading and writing slowly expanded into a deeper curiosity of philosophy and what it means to be human. She began practicing meditation in 2011 and yoga shortly after and quickly discovered that it offered something beyond movement. It was a way of slowing down, listening inward, and connected with a grounded sense of presence.
Sydney is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and began teaching in 2020. She has sought out additional training in meditation, yin yoga, nonviolent communication, and more. She approaches yoga as a lifelong student first and feels honored to share the practices that have supported her with others. She teaches a wide range of students and prioritizes creating a safe and supportive environment for all.
In February of 2026, she received her certification in Traditional Thai Massage and has been offering this bodywork practice as an additional tool to bring harmony both physically and energetically to her clients and students.
Her classes reflect both the dynamic and quiet sides of the practice (yin & yang). She teaches vinyasa-inspired classes influenced by the Ashtanga lineage that first shaped her path, as well as slower practices such as yin yoga, restorative yoga, and meditation. Her intention when teaching is to create space for students to move with awareness and observe their inner landscape with compassion and curiosity.
Outside of the studio, she loves being outdoors--hiking, camping, kayaking, and wandering through creeks and forests. She lives with her husband, their goldendoodle Piper, and an energetic cat named Valentine. When she's not in the woods or on the water, she's probably traveling to see Phish, Goose, or another jam band with a funny name and dancing the night away.
